Early Years Award Winning Literacy and Numeracy Software

fun with BroadlearnBroadLEARN™ Early Learning is a multi-award winning early childhood literacy and numeracy program which features over 300 interactive learning and assessment activities.

BroadLEARN™ Early Learning encourages exploration play for your child while developing speaking, listening, reading, writing and computer skills.

As parents, you can provide individualised learning experiences for your children (Kindergarten to Grade 3) in developing literacy and numeracy skills.

The BroadLEARN™ world is home to Lindy Loo and Jesse and their pets, Tessa and Hobo. The four characters guide your child through stories, quizzes, songs, activities and new discoveries in their quest for learning.

The Learning World

Your Child Learns Through Play and Discovery

The program provides guided play based learning in the following areas:

  • Alphabet letters: initial letter sounds, word rhythm and word shapes
  • Word families: rhyming words, opposites and nursery rhymes
  • Number names and symbols: number concepts, ordering, matching and patterns
  • Mathematical language: basic shapes, sorting, patterning, matching and sequencing
  • Common nouns: parts of the body, clothing, household items, action verbs and senses
  • Positional language and the understanding of the use of opposite words
  • Language concepts: time, weather, night and day, week days, seasons, calendar and invitations
  • Primary colours: shadows, patterns, colour mixing, drawing and light and dark
  • Language concepts: animals, movement, sounds, size, shape matching and opposites

Adventure Island and Treasure Island

BroadLEARN™ Early Learning provides adventure and excitement with two islands for your child to explore. These are called Adventure and Treasure Island.

Adventure Island features an interactive learning world where children visit different worlds to learn about reading, writing, numbers, letters and much more. Learn more about Treasure Island.
