BroadLEARN™ Early Learning provides teachers and educators with an extensive resource of interactive learning objects which are compatible for usage with Interactive Whiteboards. With over 300 levelled, interactive learning objects, BroadLEARN™ Early Learning is the most comprehensive digital resource available. Featuring fully animated games, stories, songs, activities and puzzles, BroadLEARN™ Early Learning is supported by instructional audio allowing young students of all levels of development the opportunity to learn and improve literacy and numeracy.

BroadLEARN™ Early Learning has been designed to optimise the potential of ICT in the Early Learning classroom by allowing teachers to use computers as collaborative learning tools. The innovative and flexible design of BroadLEARN™ Early Learning enables teachers to use the digital resources with the whole class, small groups or individual children. There are two pathways into the program through the Child or Teacher View. A full version of this manual is available from the Teacher View.

The interactive learning objects are presented in a theme based learning world. The ten themes are:

Look at Me (body parts, articles of clothing, household objects, senses and verbs)
Animals (animal names, opposites, animal sounds)
Colour Fun (colours, light and dark, patterns, colour mixing)
Make a Shape (shape recognition, sequencing, shape properties, sorting, matching)
ABCs (letter recognition, intial letter sounds, letter shapes, alphabet)
Number Fun (number recognition, ordering, avlues, counting, sorting, cardinal numbers)
Where Am I? (positional language, opposites)
Rhyme Time (rhyming words, initial letters and word families)
All Around Me (time, days of the week, seasons, celebrations, same and different)
International School House (Development of listening, speaking, reading and writing English language skills translated into Spanish, Japanese and Chinese)
